3. Subscription Terms
3a. Subscription Overview
Guåhan Memory Mail is a paid subscription service. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms:
– Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified at checkout)
– You authorize us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle selected
– Subscription boxes ship within the timeframe communicated at the time of purchase
3b. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not prorate partial months.
3c. Refunds
Due to the curated, limited-edition nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final once a box has shipped. If your box arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.
If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the carrier and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
3d. Shipping
We ship to addresses in Guam, the continental United States, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Confluent Guam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription or product in question.
